Fast Track's Competency Management module makes it simple to track staff qualifications and renewal of licenses. You can build a comprehensive database of staffs skills, qualifications and training needs. A training course module allows you to create a register of all courses held as well as a list of attendees, training variations and feedback. One entry against a Training Program automatically posts course competencies against each attendee. Fast Track provides a set of reports together with a complete skills matrix for any form of analysis.
Competency Requirements allows for user definable lists of all Skills, Qualifications, Endorsements, Licenses and Authorisations for managing capabilities of the workplace/organisation including service, equipment, processes, compliance, etc. Having a repository of Competencies allows for quick and efficient selection of resources and instills confidence in the organisation’s capability to provide compliant and quality services.
Inductions Programs is a system for scheduling, managing, and history tracking of attendance of Induction Training programs across the organisation for employees, contractors and visitors. Includes management of training material and integrates with Skills database. On sites where up-to-date Induction is mandatory, warning to contractors and visitors of their expiry prevents delays when they arrive for urgent work or deliveries.
