Equipment Management Module
Assets, and value realized from them, are the basis for any organisation delivering what it aims to do. Whether public or private sector, and whether the assets are physical, financial, human or 'intangible', it is good asset management that maximises value-for-money and satisfaction of stakeholders expectations.
It involves the coordinated and optimized planning, asset selection, acquisition/development, utilization, care (maintenance) and ultimate disposal or renewal of the appropriate assets and asset systems.

Equipment Management is much more than a list of machines, vehicles, software or other assets. Equipment Management covers all aspects of any type of equipment including schedules for maintenance, schedules for calibration, non-conformances and faults.
With Fast Track's Equipment Management Module, everything relating to a piece of equipment can be kept together for ease of location within the one module. Repair orders can be raised and tracked. An inventory of parts can be tracked and usage recorded. Any equipment that is sublet or shifted to another location is recorded.
Equipment Asset Management
Fast Track’s Asset Management provides a non-financial register of companywide assets. Features include asset identification, location tracking, insurance and maintenance scheduling, and repository for related information. A comprehensive inventory of an enterprise’s assets provide for more efficient distribution and utilization of resources. It also minimized downtime due to unavailability of assets.
Equipment Calibration provides a scheduling and tracking tool for ensuring confidence in equipment maintenance. Features include multiple calibration and maintenance schedules per piece of equipment, recording calibration requirements, results and certificates, service history, and raising CARs. Automated scheduling, reminder and escalation features prevent equipment inadvertently falling out of calibration in enterprises which are largely dispersed.
Inventory is a basic Inventory tracking and costing system to support the Work Order function on Equipment. It is oriented to mission critical tracking of high value individual parts for traceability. Traceability of component parts to Equipment provides regulatory compliance in mission critical environments.
Equipment Work Orders
The Work Order function provides for recording repair and sublet jobs against equipment. It handles bookings, labour and materials usage, and the recording of reading and settings in and out of service. Traceability of component parts to equipment provides regulatory compliance in mission critical environments.
